Hi, I'm Gabrielle.

I started my career producing creative work. Somewhere between production schedules, client meetings, creative reviews, and campaign launches, I realized my favorite part wasn't just bringing ideas to life—it was bringing people together to make them happen. Having worked closely with both creative teams and clients, I understand what each side needs to do their best work. That perspective helps me bridge the gap between creative teams and stakeholders, creating the structure, visibility, and confidence that keeps projects moving forward.

My Experience

Over the past six years, my career has evolved from coordinating productions to leading complex creative, marketing, and digital programs for global brands including Samsung, Amazon Alexa, AT&T, Exxon, Haleon, Emergen-C, and Chefman. Along the way, I've managed multimillion-dollar budgets, coordinated cross-functional teams, and overseen the delivery of hundreds of creative assets across integrated marketing campaigns. Most recently, I've expanded that experience into nonprofit program management, partnering with mission-driven organizations to deliver meaningful campaigns with clarity and confidence.

What I Love About My Work

My background in production taught me to anticipate challenges before they happen, communicate across diverse teams, and adapt quickly when priorities shift. Today, I use those same skills to build scalable processes, improve workflows, align stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and create the operational structure that allows great work to thrive.

What I enjoy most is working at the intersection of people, process, and creativity. Whether I'm helping teams navigate ambitious initiatives, improving workflows, or solving operational challenges, I find the greatest satisfaction in creating environments where talented people can do their best work together.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, you'll usually find me planning my next solo adventure, reading, shooting film photography, or dancing with my company in New York City. I believe curiosity is one of the most valuable qualities a person can have, and I try to bring that same curiosity into my work every day. Whether I'm learning a new process, exploring a different perspective, or tackling a new challenge, I'm always looking for opportunities to grow and build something meaningful alongside great people.
